Purchases and Restores

StoreKit purchases are verified server-side before gems or decor packs are granted. Use Restore Purchases in the iOS build if a purchase is missing after reinstalling or changing devices.

Cloud Saves

Cloud save uses iCloud and CloudKit only when the player enables it. Keep the local save on the original device until a restore confirms that the cloud copy is current.

Friend and Co-op Safety

Garden0 uses friend-only codes, preset messages, blocking, muting, and reporting. Remove or block a friend code if a neighbor visit, gift, or co-op session no longer belongs in the garden.

Web Play Diagnostics

The web build includes a support report from the game status tools on /play. It records runtime, bridge, health, and performance information needed to diagnose loading or input issues without App Store secrets.

Privacy and Account Review

Privacy requests, purchase review, friend-code safety reports, and cloud-save questions should include the device type, Garden0 version, and the smallest relevant description of the issue.
